Human Resources: Since 1984, Abator has successfully staffed and managed IT projects. In our representation of truly professional consulting staff, projects have been conducted under virtually every  circumstance. In the event of low demand, consultants are re-deployed.  During labor disruptions, consultants performing on-site have worked via remote locations. Abator has established long term relationships with both consultants and clients. We have been fortunate to experience little, if any, turnover during project commitments. Emergency circumstances can arise, however,  Abator has not encountered an inability to replace staff when  necessary.

Facilities: The Abator team maintains a Primary Site and two Backup Sites at different geographical locations about 350 miles apart to isolate the possibility that the same catastrophe could disable all sites. If an unexpected outage occurs at the Primary Site, switchover is immediate. We have not experienced loss of facility per se, however it is assumed that work could continue via remote locations based upon strategic backup and recovery plans or the consultants be temporarily re-deployed.
