Abator staff complete confidentiality agreements for each engagement and client that are designed to protect the confidential information belonging to our customers.

Abator has not experienced a breach of confidentiality regarding customer assets, files or state and federal privacy obligations. We would treat such breaches as a legal matter and prosecute them to the fullest extent.

Abator has two confidentiality/non-compete clauses in its standard agreements. The contract clause prevents staff  from going to work directly for the client (or another vendor at that client site) for a period of 90 days following contract expiration. Abator expends significant time and effort in developing and maintaining the relationships we use to facilitate matching consultants with client needs. We believe this commitment should be honored by all parties. The clause may waived after 12 consecutive months contract performance in the event the client wishes to hire the consultant as a full time employee.

Abator has a subsidiary document which protects our clients’ proprietary information for 12 months after the contract end date. This ensures that confidential materials are protected.
