Abator researches its resources and responds to client requests for services within 48 hours.  

  • Technically qualified candidates (within the client's financial constraints) are contacted by Abator, advised of the project's scope, duration and expected billing/payment rates.

  • Before submission, candidates are advised of the client name and location to prevent duplication.

  • Once a candidate agrees, a customer submission package containing a formal quote form and standardized candidate resume is delivered.  The quote is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise noted.  Any rate negotiations must occur before a candidate is interviewed.

  • Copies of references and/or performance evaluations are available for client review.  Telephone interviews may be scheduled upon client request.

Clients may streamline this process by providing detailed project/job descriptions and estimated duration, specifics regarding required technical expertise, realistic budget constraints (all-inclusive hourly rate) and timely response to submissions.*
