Consulting/Management Engagements

Abator's Project Management, Quality Management, Business Analysis and Software Development engagements are negotiated fixed fee projects.  Schedules and fees are developed using our Lolopop methodology, COCOMO estimating tools and Microsoft's Project.

Staff Augmentation

All inclusive billing

No overtime surcharges, per diems or travel expenses associated with the primary project site.

No customer will ever be charged more than Abator's direct cost divided by 0.75 rounded to the nearest nickel.

The following exceptions are negotiable:

Client requested pre-assignment personal interviews

Required project-related travel

International assignments
