Many Abator staff members are Project Management Institute certified PMPs and/or SixSigma or SEI CMM trained. When permitted, we introduce our Lolopop methodology. We combine the themes of Technology, Communication, and Management, practiced in a professional manner with due consideration of cost, reliability, suitability, ethical factors, and social consequences.

Generally, Abator is required to use the approaches and methodologies chosen by our end clients. When permitted, Abator introduces concepts/tools for development, measurement and quality improvement. For internal systems Abator uses Lolopop methodology. With no expensive tool to buy, Lolopop’s flexible expansion or combination of documents and templates addresses client objectives rather than filling in forms. The methodology can be tailored to meet specific needs.
