Management Program
This intensive, week-long executive management training session addressed the finance,
marketing, planning, operations, and leadership issues faced by entrepreneurs. The October
2003 session, the first dedicated to female entreprenuers, was organized and championed by
Susan Bari (WBENC), Javette Jenkins (IBM) and Leonard Greenhalgh (Tuck) and was attended by
fifty women from all over the United States.

Our classes were held at the IBM Palisades conference facility, nestled near the Palisades Interstate
Park is a complex geological masterpiece formed from volcanic diabase rock. The 500-foot cliffs are
about 13 miles long and half a mile wide at its widest, with about 2,500 acres of wild Hudson River
shoreline, including the dramatic Palisades Cliffs. Information about the facility is available here.
