Abator consultants are adequately compensated; receiving at least 75% of the billing rate. 


Abator consultants are compensated in a timely manner - on alternate Fridays based upon client authorized time sheets.


No resume is submitted without consultant approval.


Presentations are not made without completed reference checks.


References are checked once, entered into SAM and made available upon client request - eliminating multiple calls to references.  (We'll provide copies if asked)


Abator personally stays in touch with consultants so that we are accurately representing them and not some pool of unknowns that happen to register at a given website.

 

If Abator finds that a requested rate is unrealistic, we'll let you know -- complete with the supporting documentation to enable further negotiations.


Abator knows the customers we represent, and is not trolling the same pool of resources as our competitors.


Abator avoids misrepresentation by combining accurate technical skill ratings and rigorous reference checking.


Abator's automated resume format is easy to evaluate and reduces the opportunity to exaggerate skills.


Clients are asked to participate in judging the performance of both Abator and the consultant(s).
